[Intro Video Segment]
Narrator: No man who has taken time to holistically give himself to the word of God has not proved it that it works. The word of God cannot fail because this is the absoluteness of His power. An open invitation to a life in the word because you have received the Faith of Christ and you have embraced the righteousness of God through faith. Grace and peace are multiplied. This is why we lay hands on the lame and they walk, we lay hands on the Blind and they see, we lay hands on the deaf and they hear. It's powerful enough to give you the answer on its first application. Arise on the wings of Revelation, align your destiny, transform your world. This is Phaneroo: Make Manifest, with Apostle Grace Lubega.
Pastor Modesta: That unless a woman prays, that unless a woman awakens a certain place of intimacy with God, he does not care. Herod is not shaken. He will continue to pick on this church. He will continue to pick on this one. He will continue to take the other one in the social medias. He is not yet done. The spirit that was alive and active in Herod seeking to destroy the seed of God is the same Spirit perambulating the world until the church prays, until a woman awakens to her responsibility in prayer.
Praise the Lord! We are not a people that are praying to God because of needs. The Bible says, "And the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and The Fellowship of the Holy Spirit." We are praying because we are people of fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Our prayers are coming from a realm where we have understood the love of God. In this order, the love of God came first. So I pray because I love God. I cry for what is hurting the heart of God because I love God, not just because I'm desperate for things. Feeling after God is what pushes me to pray. My feeling after God is what makes me to yield to prayer. How many women came because they felt something after God?
The Bible says that they should seek the Lord if happily they might feel after Him and find Him, though He be not far away from us. Until God has tamed our hearts to feel about Him a certain way, we can't pray a certain way. My prayer for you, my sister, today, is that you will find a feeling after Him that is the love of God that pushes you to the places of prayer. So I'm not praying about needs anymore, but I have a responsibility of fellowship with the Holy Spirit that has been birthed from the love of God. And before it is a certain Grace that works in the inside of me, that when I start to pray, it is not me anymore. That when you start to pray today, it will not be you anymore, but God will commission something that will take a hold of you.
The Bible says that the Spirit of God helpeth in our infirmities. The meaning of the word "helpeth" is to take alongside with. He finds you, you're praying, and maybe you don't even feel your prayers. And maybe even you don't understand your prayers. And maybe even your prayers have never borne results. The Spirit of God wants to help the infirmity. He takes you along. Praise the Lord Jesus! The Bible says that He goes to meet our supplication on our behalf. He starts to groan on your behalf. But after what? After helping your infirmities.
I'm looking at women that will pray without ceasing, not because that they can do it on their flesh, but they have a fellowship with the Master that helps infirmities. Let me tell you, in that place, we lose ourselves. In that place, we die. Praise the Lord! In that place, we are broken.
Now the wicked King Herod was enjoying his life, was enjoying his persecutions. And it could be the same with your life, that you came here, but when you look behind you, the devil has been having a field day in your home. The devil has been having a field day in your prayer life. The devil has been having a field day in your life, in your health. And he's taking pleasure in taking this and taking that and taking the other. But today, there will rise a groaning that is not your prayer anymore. We can pray, but there is One that helpeth the infirmity. What that means is that you cease to pray in the flesh. He starts to make those prayers and intercessions and groanings through you. My God! [Music] Oh God!
So one day, Peter was held up. He's held up in prison. I don't know what you know that is held up in prisons. There are economies that are held up in prisons. God is looking for a woman to pray. There are destinies that are held up in prisons. And God says, "Unless the church prays..." Can God do something without your prayer? Maybe. But your prayer is your partnership with the spirit realm to evoke the things that must come for the helping of men. Oh Jesus!
So the Bible says, "But prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for Peter." They started to speak in tongues for the man of God. They started to take days crying before the presence of God. They started to take moments of meditation and deep prayer to God. Listen to verse six. The Bible says, "And when Herod would have brought him forth, that night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers." The man of God was in danger. He was not only sleeping between two soldiers, but he was bound with two chains. And the keepers before the door kept the prison. To show you how desperate the situation was, to show you how bad the situation was.
Verse seven, listen to this: "And behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him." My God! This angel was commissioned because of the prayers of the church. Praise the Lord Jesus! Because of your prayers, angels are commissioned to fulfill a Godly mandate on the Earth. The Bible says, "And behold, the angel came upon him, and a light shined in the prison. And he smote Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, 'Arise up quickly.' And his chains fell off his hands." My God! The angel did not break those chains of Peter. The prayers of the Saints broke off the chains of Peter. I don't know what you see that is unbearable. Your prayers will break those chains today. Your prayers will make a change in the nations today. Praise the Lord Jesus!
This matter touched God. But for as much as it touched God deeply, God couldn't do anything unless a woman says that, "I will kick off laziness and seek. I will seek and find the place of communion with God. I will kick off any kind of attack in my life and create disciplines that must give me the place of advantage for prayer." Praise the Lord! The devil has not finished your family yet. That is why God organized this day today, that when He groans through you, that will be the end. That will be the end.
Those days, we were raised in a Christianity that was just permissive of everything that the devil did. You're sick, you allow it. Your children die, you allow it. Things are going on anywhere around you, you allow it. And all we can say is that "The Lord has given, and the Lord has taken." No! Not for this church! There is a woman that can change the trajectory of anything, of any person, of any country, of any matter that is rising. And these are the women God is raising today.
Let me tell you, our families are kept by prayer. We can choose to go for many classes of guiding and counselings, which are okay. Until a woman prays, until a woman prays! Let me tell you why the devil fears your prayers. He fears your prayers because every time a woman is praying, she carries a womb. She's potential for conceiving something that can cease the function of the devil for the [Music] next generation. So he knows, that's why you can't pray. When you start, 10 minutes, you're dozing. But listen to me, we didn't come here to judge you. We came to be ignited because the Man that helpeth infirmities is here. From today, you're going to be a prayer warrior. Those lips of yours will not cease praying because God wants to do something right now, but He needs your partnership. He needs your diligence. He needs your availability.
Do you feel what He feels? Because if I pray and ask God for the things that He has already given me, He looks at me and says, "Child, that's not where I called you. There are deeper realms of prayer." Listen, we used to be simple people. When we got the feeling after God, we started to hide and pray, and our life started changing. Our lives started changing. As our man of God preached the word, we received that word, we went to our closet, we started praying. I'm saying this because I'm aware of people that only know prayer, and there are people that only know the word. But let me tell you, the Spirit and the Word agree. And this is the season that is ushering that era, that yes, I will know the word of God to its fullest, but my God, in my prayer closet, my altar is speaking, my altar is seeing, my altar is hearing! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord Jesus! How many are ready to pray today?
Let's go back to our scripture. Oh, I have a few minutes. Let's go back to our scripture. My God, I feel the fire of God! The Bible says, "And behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison. And he smote Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, 'Arise up quickly.' And his chains fell off." My God! Chains of addictions on children, they fell off! Chains of troubled marriages, they fell off! Chains of religions and philosophies that are confusing the children of [Music] God, they fell off!
Verse eight, listen. The Bible says, "And the angel said unto him, 'Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals.' And so he did. And he saith unto him, 'Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.'" Hey! Listen, verse nine: "And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision." Verse 10: "When they were past the first and the second ward, listen to what happened to the iron gate that leads to any city. The Bible says, "They came unto an iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord." There are gates of nations, they seem locked right now. Gates of Saudi Arabia, by God! Gates of Afghanistan, they seem closed because the gospel is not permitted. But God is saying, "There's a woman here, if you can go to your knees, I'm ready to commission angels. I'm ready to commission power that can break any heart to salvation!" It is possible! Oh, Modester, come [Music] down!
The Bible says, "They came unto the iron gate which leadeth unto the city; it opened unto them of its own accord. And they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him." My God! It doesn't matter anymore. You have a mouth, you have a spirit, you are laden with things in the inside of you. When you go to the closet and open that Bible and start to commune with God, there is nothing that cannot open. There is nothing that cannot fall. There is nothing that cannot cease. The devil is having a field day because you're quiet. The devil is having a field day because there is no feeling in you after God. Today, it shall [Music] be stirred! Today, it shall be stirred! Today, it shall be stirred!
You might not even want it, you will find your lips praying. You might not even have the time, you will find your lips praying. God says these seasons of communion are here, that you will know Me, that you will commune with Me to a degree your altar will not need you to say anything. You will not need to say anything. You will go to places, and because of the activity of the Spirit, nothing will not open, nothing will not shake, nothing will not lose the chains! I don't care the name that they might have given it. God only cares that there's a woman that can go down on her knees and start to intercede and start to commune! Come on, somebody, rise and let's do this exercise for a few minutes now! God doesn't care anymore! He's ready to move! He needs a woman that can open those lips, that can open that heart and say, "God, I understand that You have a mandate. I feel after it. I understand that there are souls that must be saved. I feel after it. I understand that there are families that must be freed. Send me because I feel it!"
Somebody open your lips and pray for two [Music] minutes! Somebody ask the Lord Jesus that to the degree, to the highest degree of this thing that must be ignited, it will happen to you today! Aren't you tired of dry prayers that bear no fruit? Aren't you tired of nominal prayers? Don't you need the Holy Ghost to take you to another level? There are levels of intercessions and groanings. There are levels beyond the rights of the prophetic and the rights of, "I can see this in the Spirit." There are levels of [Music] death! Somebody raise up those hands! I need to hear a desperate woman that came and is saying, "Me, God, I just don't want to come in Your presence to ask for things. You can use me to transform nations through the prayers. You can use me! You can change my life! I can die to anything because of my communion with You!" Come [Music] on! Open that heart and let there be a desire after [Music] God! Feel after You, oh God! We pray because our hearts are panting after You, oh [Music] God! I need to hear someone that is desperate for this thing, that has desired and is saying, "God, You got to put it on me!" We are going to another level of prayer! We are going to another level of communion! Come on, somebody, I need to hear you! [Music] I have to break today! Come on, somebody! I have to die today! [Music]
Thank You, Jesus! I need to hear someone breaking! This is for the breaking ones! He says, "The broken and the contrite heart." A broken and a contrite heart, He wants, Lord. He desires no more sacrifices, no more [Music] sacrifices. He desires no more burnt offerings, but a heart that can break, a heart that can commune with Him for who He [Music] is! Thank You, [Music] Lord! The Bible says that whoever comes to God must know that He is. God is our everything. Even when we commune, it's because He [Music] is! He is the rewarder! He is the [Music] peace! He is the joy! He is everything you're looking for! And so we come to Him because He [Music] is! He is my God! Who is He to you? Thank You, Lord! [Music]

I am honored and blessed to be standing in front of you right now. Her Excellency, Mama Rachel Ruto, Mama Rachel, we welcome you. We have been blessed to have you in our midst today. Um, I recognize the other dignitaries in our presence today, the different women ministers, our pastors, their wives, but most especially, our Phaneroo family. Thank you for all your contributions to this great conference. I also especially want to recognize Minister Mercy Masika and her beloved husband. It is an honor to have you here. Uh, we're in seasons and times where God is profoundly seeking for men and women that are ready and available to be used by Him. And it is in such meetings where God aligns us to that God-given calling and the things that He purposes to do through us. And so, I am extremely grateful to our father, Apostle [Music] Grace. Papa, thank you so much for giving us such opportunities for God to grow that which He has called us to do and be in this world. We are truly grateful to you, sir. We thank God for the voice that you are to this generation and who you are to us and what you stand for to women. Surely, abakazi tebabeera ba bulijjo. Women love you very much. God bless you.
Apostle Grace Lubega: Another [Music] handclap! Praise the Lord! Very deep, very deep. Hallelujah! Are you ready, women? Today's privilege to welcome Her Excellency Mama Rachel Ruto, the esteemed First Lady of Kenya, cherished Nation Uganda. Her Excellency stands as a luminous beacon of empowerment, resilience, and faith. We have heard great things about her life, the things she has championed in health, in entrepreneurship, not only in Kenya but across the continent. Endeavors have touched countless lives, fortifying communities, inspiring an era of unprecedented opportunity for women. Her Excellency's commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable agriculture underscores her holistic vision for progress. Her unparalleled advocacy for women's rights has created pathways for many to rise above societal constraints, forging a legacy of strength and independence. Her initiatives have not only empowered women but have also cultivated a culture of innovation and excellence. Touching the spiritual realm, she has an unwavering dedication to the church and its mission. And for us, above all things, that's profoundly inspiring. Through her faith and leadership, kindled unity and hope, drawing many closer to the Divine and nurturing a spirit of diverse graces, corporate anointings, and purpose. She is one of those people that doesn't talk prayer; she lives prayer. In this conference, we were not looking for people who knew how to pray; we were looking for people who pray. And her altar speaks loud enough. Women of God, I'm truly honored by her presence, and I take this opportunity to appeal to all of you to give a warm welcome to Her Excellency Mama Rachel as she graces us with her wisdom, her journey, and experiences. Come on, can I hear you celebrating God? Celebrate until she comes here! Come on, celebrate [Music] her! I don't hear you! [Music]

I want to thank the organizers of this conference, led by Apostle Lubega, the overseer of Phaneroo Ministries International. And we look forward to great impact from this conference and spreading it to the rest of the continent. Your visits to Kenya are a blessing to us all. We cannot thank you enough.
I wish to thank Her Excellency the First Lady, Mrs. Janet Museveni, for hosting us for lunch and fellowship earlier today. We thank God for her faith and commitment to prayer for this nation.
Today, I will be sharing with you on a subject I have entitled "Beautiful But Barren." The subject is "Beautiful But Barren." I want you to look at your neighbor and tell her, "I'm talking about women now." Her, she's beautiful. I don't know what we say about the men. I don't know whether we say the men are beautiful; I think we say they are handsome, don't we? But today, we are looking at women, and I have entitled my message "Beautiful But Barren."
The meaning of "beautiful" in the Cambridge Dictionary is "having an attractive quality that gives pleasure to those who experience it or think about it." And you have always heard the saying, "Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder." It means that everyone has a different perspective of beauty. What does "barren" mean? The Cambridge Dictionary defines "barren" as "unable to produce plants or fruit, unable to have children or young animals, or not creating or producing anything new." What does the word "but" mean in the Cambridge Dictionary? It defines it as "being used to introduce an added statement, usually something different from what you have said before."
I'm going to base my sermon, my sermonette, on three women, and then a city. And then I will tell you about Joyful Women shortly, the women economic empowerment I do in Kenya. And then I will share with you what God did for us in Kenya when we had a drought. And these three women in the Bible are Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel. So we will start by looking at their state of beauty.
So the Bible in the Book of Genesis 12:10-13, we are told about Abram and Sarai. The Bible says, "Now there was a famine in the land, and Abram went down to Egypt to live there for a while because the famine was severe. As he was about to enter Egypt, he said to his wife Sarai, 'I know what a beautiful woman you are. When the Egyptians see you, they will say, "This is his wife." Then they will kill me but will let you live. Say you are my sister, so that I will be treated well for your sake and my life will be spared because of you.'" So we see a beautiful woman in the name of Sarai, and this beauty is appreciated by her husband, Abram, the man in the house. When was the last time you appreciated the beauty of your wife? At least I know Apostle appreciated his wife right here. The beauty. I want to encourage men to be like Abraham: appreciate the beauty of your wife.
Genesis 12:14-16 says, "When Abram came to Egypt, the Egyptians saw that Sarai was a very beautiful woman. And when Pharaoh's officials saw her, they praised her to Pharaoh, and she was taken into his palace. He treated Abram well for her sake, and Abram acquired sheep and cattle, male and female donkeys, male and female servants, and camels." So we see other people also noticing the beauty of Sarai. Indeed, she must have been a beautiful woman.
The second woman, as I indicated at the beginning, is Rebekah. And this Rebekah, who was the daughter of Bethuel, and Bethuel was a son to Nahor, who was Abraham's brother. And Nahor was married to Milkah. Genesis chapter 22:20-24, the Bible says, "Sometime later Abraham was told, 'Milkah is also a mother; she has borne sons to your brother Nahor: Uz the firstborn, Buz his brother, Kemuel (the father of Aram), Kesed, Hazo, Pildash, Jidlaph and Bethuel.'"
Okay, here's the cleaned and processed continuation of the transcript for "My Great Price 2022":
Sermon by HE. Rachel Ruto, First Lady of Kenya (continued):
Bethuel. Bethuel became the father of Rebekah. Milkah bore these eight sons to Abraham's brother, Nahor.
In Genesis 26:7-9, the Bible says, "When the men of that place asked him about his wife, he said, 'She's my sister,' because he was afraid to say, 'She's my wife.' He thought, 'The men of this place might kill me on account of Rebekah, because she is beautiful.' When Isaac had been there a long time, Abimelech king of the Philistines looked down from a window and saw Isaac caressing his wife Rebekah. So Abimelech summoned Isaac and said, 'She is really your wife! Why did you say, "She's my sister"?' Isaac answered him, 'Because I thought I might lose my life on account of her.'" So we see another woman that is very beautiful; her name is Rebekah.
The third woman is Rachel. And this is the daughter of Laban, and Laban was the brother of Rebekah, who was Jacob's mother. So in Genesis chapter 28:2, the Bible [Music] says, "Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother's father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there from the daughters of Laban, your mother's brother." Genesis 29:16-18: "Now Laban had two daughters; the name of the older was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. Leah had weak eyes, but Rachel had a lovely figure and was beautiful. Jacob was in love with Rachel and said, 'I will work for you seven years in return for your younger daughter Rachel.'" So we see another woman in the name of Rachel who was very beautiful.
Now, the thing about these women is that despite the fact that they were very beautiful, and people looked at them and appreciated them – their husbands, the people who saw them around – they had one challenge: they were barren.
Now, Genesis 15:3, just to quote the scripture that says Sarai was barren. And Abram said, "You have given me no children, so a servant in my household will be my heir." In Genesis 16:1-2, the Bible says, "Now Sarai, Abram's wife, had borne him no children." So Sarai was barren.
Rebekah, in Genesis 25:19-21, the Bible says, "This is the account of the family line of Abraham's son Isaac. Abraham became the father of Isaac, and Isaac was 40 years old when he married Rebekah daughter of Bethuel the Aramean from Paddan Aram, and sister of Laban the Aramean. Isaac prayed to the Lord on behalf of his wife, because she was childless." That is Rebekah.
Rachel, in Genesis 29:31, "When the Lord saw that Leah was not loved, he enabled her to conceive, but Rachel remained childless." And in Genesis 30:1-2, the Bible says, "When Rachel saw that she was not bearing Jacob any children, she became jealous of her sister. So she said to Jacob, 'Give me children, or I'll die!' Jacob became angry with her and said, 'Am I in the place of God, who has kept you from having children?'"
So we see these three women, very beautiful, but did not have children. But what did God do? I want, I want all of us to know that we serve a God that answers prayer. We are here today because of prayer. With a message from Kenya to tell every woman here, it doesn't matter what situation you are going through, how your situation is barren, that we serve a God that answers prayer.
Let's look at Sarah. God promises Abraham a son in Genesis 15:4-5. Let me not go through that because of time. That is the promise of a son. In Genesis 17:15-16, also there is a promise of a son. Genesis 17:19-21, there is a promise of a son. And finally – tell someone "finally" – in Genesis 21:1-7, the Bible says, "Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah..." because as the promise came, her name changed from being Sarai to being Sarah. "...as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what He had promised. Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him. Abraham gave the name Isaac to the son Sarah bore him. When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, as God commanded him. Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him. Sarah said, 'God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.' And she added, 'Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age!'"
I want to decree and declare in this stadium that someone is becoming pregnant in the name of Jesus! Is going to bear a son in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! How many feel that they'll be pregnant today, something? Amen! Hallelujah! That is Sarah, a beautiful woman, but finally, God blesses her with a son, and she laughed. Many times, women, we seldom laugh because of our situations, because of what we are going through. But I want to decree and declare that today is going to be a day of laughter for the women here and those that are watching us wherever they are watching us from! Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Someone, why don't we shout Hallelujah! Let me hear your voice, Uganda! Hallelujah! Uganda! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus! I know the Lord is about to do a miracle somewhere today in this stadium, in the name of Jesus! He did it for Sarah, He's going to do it for me, God is going to do it for you, in the name of Jesus! Today is a new day! It is the dawning of a new day, in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Let's look at Rebekah. In Genesis 25:21 and 24-26, the Bible says, "The Lord answered his prayer" (that is Isaac's prayer) "and his wife Rebekah became pregnant." Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Rebekah became pregnant. "When the time came for her to give birth, there were twin boys in her womb." Someone is about to conceive twins in the name of Jesus! That vision, that dream that you have, the Lord is about to double it, in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The Bible says, "The first to come out was red, and his whole body was like a hairy garment; so they named him Esau. After this, his brother came out with his hand grasping Esau's heel; so he was named Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when Rebekah gave birth to them." I want to encourage somebody this afternoon, it doesn't matter how long that vision, that dream has been. Maybe 100 years like Abraham, maybe 60 years like Isaac. But the Lord is here today in this stadium to hear all our prayers, to answer all our cries, in the name of Jesus!
The third woman is Rachel. In Genesis 30:22-24, the Bible says, "Then God remembered Rachel." God is about to remember someone! God is about to remember someone! Lord, remember! Look at your neighbor and tell them, "God is about to remember me!" Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Amen! "Then God remembered Rachel; He listened to her and enabled her to conceive. She became pregnant and gave birth to a son and said, 'God has taken away my disgrace.'" Oh, women of Uganda, the Lord is about to take away someone's disgrace! They have looked at you, they have said you will not make it, they have said you are not our type, but the Lord is about to remember you, in the name of Jesus, and take away your disgrace! Look at your neighbor and tell them, "God is about to take away my disgrace!" Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus! Oh, why don't we take a minute just to thank God! Oh, just thank God that you came! Just thank God that you came! Just thank God that you came! The Lord is about to take away your disgrace, in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! He did it for Rachel, He will do it for you! Let's have our seats. Let's have our seats.
Genesis 35:16-18, the Bible says, "Then they moved on from Bethel. While they were still some distance from Ephrath, Rachel began to give birth and had great difficulty. And as she was having great difficulty in childbirth, the midwife said to her, 'Don't despair, for you have another son!'" Tell somebody, "Another miracle! Another miracle! Another miracle!" When they have given up on you, God gives you another miracle! "As she breathed her last—for she was dying—she named her son Ben-Oni. But his father named him Benjamin." So Rachel was blessed with two sons, Joseph and Benjamin. We serve a God of a double portion! I have come to tell us women that we have many Sarahs here, we have many Rebekahs here, we have many Rachels here, beautiful but barren. But God, but God answers prayer! But God, but God answers the cries of our hearts! Women go through so much, and many of the things you hide it in your heart. But I'm telling someone today that God is about to announce you! God is about to announce you! You are going to laugh, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus!
There was a city. In the book of 2 Kings 2:19, the Bible says, "The people of the city said to Elisha, 'Look, our lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the water is bad and the land is unproductive.'" Why was this the case with the city of Jericho? Why was this the case with the city of Jericho? We find the reason in the Book of Joshua 6:26. The Bible says, "At that time Joshua pronounced this solemn oath: 'Cursed before the Lord is the one who undertakes to rebuild this city, Jericho. At the cost of his firstborn son he will lay its foundations; at the cost of his youngest he will set up its gates.'" And in 1 Kings chapter 16 verse 34, the Bible says, "In Ahab's time, Hiel of Bethel rebuilt Jericho. He laid its foundations at the cost of his firstborn son Abiram, and he set up its gates at the cost of his youngest son Segub, in accordance with the word of the Lord spoken by Joshua son of Nun." It is also possible for cities to be barren. It is also possible for lands to be barren. So it is not just about people; it is possible for places of work to be barren, for people of God even to walk in barren places. But there is good news for the children of God.
So what happened to the city of Jericho? 2 Kings 2:20-22. This is the prophet Elisha. He said, "'Bring me a new bowl,' he said, 'and put salt in it.' So they brought it to him. Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt into it, saying, 'This is what the Lord says: "I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive."' And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken." The Lord is about to heal our cities! If you come from a city, if you come from a village, if you come from a town that is unproductive, the Lord is going to heal those cities and villages today, in the name of Jesus, like He healed Jericho! Some of us plant things. I don't know about Uganda; I think Uganda is very productive. But some places in this world don't seem to be working. But the Lord is able to heal. Amen!
Let me tell you a little story about my journey. In 1997, I had the opportunity to go upcountry to help my husband, Dr. William Ruto, now President of Kenya, vying to be a Member of Parliament. On one of the days, as I traversed the constituency, I met a small group of women who were seated under a tree by the roadside. And amidst them was one woman who caught my attention. She was seated at the front and was almost the age of my mother. When I stopped to speak to them, the woman stood out because she did not have shoes. Tell someone, "She did not have shoes." Tell someone, "She did not have shoes." You know, sometimes when you see people without shoes, some people think they forgot to wear shoes. I know we can go back to the time we wore our first pair of shoes. So this woman did not have shoes, yet she was the age of my mother. She appeared not to have even eaten breakfast. She looked frail, yet she had a beautiful, broad smile. I will call her Furaha, which means "joy" in our national language, Kiswahili. Furaha left me wondering about her, her children, her family, and many other women who are in the same situation. So I made a prayer to God that if my husband was elected Member of Parliament, I would use the platform to go back and empower many women like Furaha. For 12 years, I prayed and searched for a sustainable solution to economically empower the women.
In 2009, this vision materialized. Joyful Women was born under a tree with six women in attendance. The name "Joyful Women" was chosen in honor of Furaha, who had a broad smile and no shoes. Joyful Women empowers women and men economically through the table banking model. Members are organized into groups with an average of 15 members. They save, borrow, and invest in income-generating activities. Joyful Women currently has a network of 470 economic empowerment officers, Joyful Women, who offer capacity-building services to our members at no cost. Our impact has reached 44 of Kenya's 47 counties, transforming over 240,000 members organized into over 16,000 groups. (Let me repeat that for the sake of my interpreter, thank you.) Transforming over 240,000 members organized into over 16,000 groups. Okay, let's clap for her and just know that the numbers are many, many, many, very, very many, in Jesus' name. So the woman without shoes, everything about her was barren. But because of this women economic empowerment, I have seen transformation, economic transformation.
In 2022, Kenya faced its worst drought in 40 years, with some areas missing rain for over four consecutive seasons. The drought had affected the Horn of Africa region, causing the loss of livelihoods and lives, especially in arid and semi-arid lands. The country recorded 2.6 million livestock deaths. 5.4 million people in the ASALs faced acute food insecurity. 4.4 million faced acute malnutrition, with over 600,000 children and more than 140,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women impacted. Almost 95% of water pans dried up in 2022, and people had to trek between 9 to 20 km to access water. This forced women and girls to travel longer distances to access water, placing them at heightened risk of gender-based violence. The water crisis caused children to drop out of school and an increase in the spread of communicable diseases. The price of maize and beans was 60 to 90% higher than the previous year, and food security was a big challenge.
In one of our prayer meetings, the Lord spoke to us to gather the nation in repentance and pray to God for the blessings of rain. His Excellency the President called the nation to a National Prayer Assembly, as guided by the scriptures in 2 Samuel chapter 21:1. And the Bible says, "During the reign of David, there was a famine for three successive years; so David sought the face of the Lord." So our president sought the face of the Lord. Joel 1:14, the Bible says, "Declare a holy fast; call a sacred assembly. Summon the elders and all who live in the land to the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord." The situation that happened in our country is what happened in Joel 1, verse 16. The Bible says, "Has not the food been cut off before our very eyes—joy and gladness from the house of our God? The seeds are shriveled beneath the clods. The storehouses are in ruins; the granaries have been broken down, for the grain has dried up. How the cattle mourn! The herds mill about because they have no pasture; even the flocks of sheep are suffering."
The church in Kenya came together for an 8-day period of prayer and fasting in preparation for the prayer assembly. His Excellency the President led the country in a National Prayer Assembly that was held in Nairobi on 14th February of 2023, at Nyayo National Stadium. The nation gathered for repentance. We petitioned God to bless us with rain. And immediately after the prayer assembly, light rains were reported in some parts of the country. And in exactly one month, it began to rain across the country. It has continued to rain until today! Oh, praise the Lord! Praise the Lord with us! You know, it rains throughout in Uganda; it was not the case in Kenya. Our president called the solemn assembly, we repented before God, and the rains came, and they have not stopped. God heard our prayers and blessed the nation with abundance, where we recorded a harvest of 61 million bags of maize in 2023, as compared to 40 million bags in 2022. We had also other interventions where we had subsidized fertilizer given to us by the government. Together with the rain, we got abundance. Amen! Leviticus 26:10, the Bible says, "You will still be eating last year's harvest when you will have to move it out to make room for the new." Praise the Lord!
So, brethren, women of Uganda and women of Africa, what really changed the situation of these issues of barrenness? The three women: Sarah, Rebekah, Rachel. The city of Jericho. We have talked about the woman without shoes, and we have talked about the drought in Kenya. As I conclude, I want to tell you that it is prayer that changed the situations of all these people and all the situations. I don't wish to go back to each one of them, but you know that Abraham prayed for his wife because he had a conversation with God. We know in 2 Chronicles 20:7... 2 Chronicles 20:7. In that verse, it is mentioned that Abraham was a friend of God. And so they kept conversing, and God answered that prayer. Isaac prayed for Rebekah, his wife. In Rachel, God remembered her by listening to her. That means there must have been a conversation for somebody to listen to you; you must have talked. So her prayer was answered. In regard to the city of Jericho, we have Prophet Elisha performed a miracle. In the name of Jesus, I want to tell Phaneroo today that you have a prophet in the house! You have a prophet in the house, Apostle Grace Lubega! And his dear wife, God is using to transform your lives! Oh, praise the Lord! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
In the situation of the woman without shoes, the economic transformation in Kenya, I prayed to God to give me a solution. And regards to the drought in Kenya, the president called for a solemn assembly at Nyayo Stadium, and we prayed the whole day. Prior to that, we had prayed and fasted for eight days. And the Lord heard our prayer, and the Lord heard our prayer, and He answered us. I want to call Madame Florence back to the stage.
I want to tell someone today that your situation is about to change because the Lord has said so! You are beautiful, but there are issues that you are going through in your life. I want to announce to the farthest woman that can hear me, the Lord is about to change your situation! Your barrenness is turning around in the name of Jesus because of prayer! I know you have been praying, you have gone to church, you have gone to church, you have gone to Elisha the prophet, and sometimes it has taken long. But I have good news for you today, children of God! Decide that God is about to change your situation, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus!
The Bible says in Deuteronomy 7:14, "You will be blessed more than any other people. None of your men or women will be childless, nor will any of your livestock be without young." Praise the Lord! That is the word of God that says none of your men or women will be childless, in the name of Jesus! The Bible in Exodus 23:26, the Bible says, "And none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span." Today, we are going to pray for issues of miscarrying. Whether it is the physical miscarrying, some of us God gives us business opportunities, and another man comes to take it. Today, we are saying there shall be no miscarriage, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! Oh, praise the Lord! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Hallelujah! Isaiah...
Okay, here's the cleaned and processed continuation of the transcript for "My Great Price 2022":
Sermon by HE. Rachel Ruto, First Lady of Kenya (continued):
...the Bible says, "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail." Hallelujah! The Lord is going to strengthen us today! The Lord is going to guide us today! The Lord is going to answer our prayers today! I want my minister Florence to sing a song on prayer, and then I'm going to pray for some women in this place. I'm going to pray for some situations in this place. And I know that the God who answered the prayer of Sarah, the Lord who answered the prayer of Rebekah, the Lord who answered the prayer of Rachel, is about to touch someone! He's about to surprise someone! The Lord is about to wipe your tears, woman of God! The Lord is about to wipe your tears, in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Let's give it up to Minister Florence! Thank you so much! That song says God answers prayer, that God answers prayer. Today, today, God is answering someone's prayer, in the name of Jesus!
For those of us who can speak in tongues, let's get into a mood of prayer. If you can't speak in tongues, speak in your language, English, praying in your mother tongue. God to come through for your situation or the situation of somebody that you know. You may not be pressed down, but you know a friend, you know a relative that is down. We thank You, Father! We give You all the glory, Father! We worship You, Father! We exalt Your name, Father! You are Lord God Almighty! You are Jehovah! You gathered us here, Jehovah God, today not for nothing, oh God! Look at Your children, oh God! They have traversed this nation and other nations to come to this meeting, oh Jehovah God, because they want to meet with You! Not because they cannot meet You wherever they are, Lord, but because, Jehovah God, this is a place that You have ordained at such a time as this! Father, we thank You! Father, we give You all the glory! Father, we worship You! The Lord is wiping our tears! The Lord is wiping our tears! We may not come to the stage, but wherever you are, the Holy Spirit is there! God is there, in the name of Jesus!
I want to pray for some women. I don't need you to come here because of time and because of the other meetings that will continue. But I know there are women here today. When I was in my country, Kenya, and I was praying, the Lord put it very clear in my heart. It may look like it's an obvious thing, "You will meet those women in any meeting." But I know there is a woman that has come here today, you are without child. You have been miscarrying. And you told the Lord, "I'm going to the meeting, and I want You to meet my need." I want to tell you that yes, the Lord is meeting your need, in the name of Jesus! Let's pray for them. You may have a relative, you may have someone that you know, your colleague in the office, someone that is desiring to have a child, like the way Sarah desired, like the way Rebekah desired, like the way Rachel desired until she was very annoyed with her husband. Pray for those women.
Father, we thank You! Father, we give You all the glory! Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I want to thank You, Lord, for every woman, every man that came to this place, oh God, to hear from You, oh God! Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for them that came, oh God, desiring and telling You to give them children, my Father! In the name of Jesus, like You answered Sarah, like You answered Rebekah, like You answered Rachel, my Father, I pray for them that You give them children so that they can laugh, so that they can rejoice! Remove the disgrace from them! People have talked about them, they have been called names, but today, the same way You changed the name of Sarah, You are giving them a new name! You are giving them a new name! You are calling them mothers! You are calling them mothers, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! I pray for any woman that is here and that is listening to us, that has had a miscarriage, my God, my Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray, Jehovah God, that their womb will hold pregnancy, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus!
Father, in Jesus' name, we want to pray for the Jerichos of our time, cities and villages that are unproductive, cities and villages that do not have good water, my Father! In the name of Jesus, we pray for them today, Jehovah God, that Lord, You can turn their situation around, my Father! You did it for us in Kenya when we had a drought, oh God, when our land was barren without any vegetation, and You heard us reign! Father, I want to pray for those cities, that You purify them, in the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus!
Today, as we came, we have visited business [Music] exhibitions. I want to thank God for businesses, and especially businesses of the household of God. When the children of God are in business, we know what happens. I want to pray for people that have been trying to do businesses and it is not working. You seem that you are taking off, but something happens and you go back to where you are. We want to pray, businesses in this country of Uganda will flourish, in the name of Jesus! Anybody put their hand to do business, in the name of Jesus! Barrenness is also a disease, doing business and not making profit. As we make this prayer, we are saying any business that you are doing and it has not been profitable, is going to be profitable, in the name of Jesus! For those of you that have closed businesses, hear the Lord say, "You are going to reopen your businesses!" Some of you, those businesses were closed as far as COVID time. You closed and forgot, but the Lord is sending you to start again! It may not be the same business; some of you, the Lord is giving you a new business idea, for the glory and honor of God, in the name of Jesus! We want to thank You for the businesses represented here, the ones on exhibition there, my God! I know some of them have been contemplating even closing because it has not been working. But my Father, because we know You change barren situations, we are praying from this altar, this Phaneroo, Jehovah God, that their businesses will flourish! They will not make losses; they will make profits, in the name of Jesus! Father, we shall celebrate, and we shall hear testimonies how You have turned Your people from nothing, oh Jehovah God, to great businesses! Father, we thank You! Father, we give You all the glory! Father, we worship You, in Jesus' name! In Jesus' name! May the Lord bless you! Thank you once again! God bless you!
Apostle Grace Lubega (closing remarks after HE Rachel Ruto's sermon):
[Music] Love for the woman of God! Come on, let's celebrate that anointing! Let's celebrate that anointing! Let's celebrate that anointing! [Music] Let's thank God for whatever has been spoken this afternoon! Receive every word that has been spoken tonight! Let's celebrate God for a matriarch sent and raised in East Africa, mu Afirika y'obuvanjuba, for the world! Hallelujah! Come on, let's celebrate! Come on, let's [Music] celebrate! Come on, let's thank God! Let's get to our feet! Come on, let's thank You! [Music]

Apostle Grace Lubega: Come on, let's celebrate [Music] Jesus! Your Excellency, Mama, you have spoken more than your office! Oh, you get... This was God Himself speaking! Is joined me, and we, we just celebrate! This is the office of Heaven speaking! We decree and we declare that whatever was crippled in your life, today is the day your life has turned, in Jesus' mighty name! How many of you have loved her? If you want her back in Uganda one day... Mama, you have heard! We love you! We celebrate the anointing on your life! Something about you, you know, we noticed something when she got on the altar, the anointing of rain from Kenya, as if beeping us, telling us, "If you're not careful..." For us, rain is an anointing; for you, it's the weather! For us, it's the anointing! Come on now! Hallelujah!
We want to rush through the program. We have to finish early. And so, ladies...
Hallelujah! Isaiah 58:11, the Bible says, "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! "O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come." "O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come." [Music]
Come, my hope be to... [Music]

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

We want to rush through the program. We have to finish early. And so, ladies...

[Music continues with Mercy Chinwo leading worship]
...Jesus! Come on, every woman, tell your neighbor, "Child, women, we have victory!" Can we celebrate that great gift of God? This is not the last time you're stepping on this soil. I assure you, you have an inheritance in Uganda! Praise God! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Amen!
Sermon by Apostle Grace Lubega (continued):
Give me a few minutes only, and we'll get out of here. Just take your seat. Just give me a few minutes. You've danced enough. Are you still enjoying yourselves? Do you want an overnight? No, we are not going to have an overnight. I just need a few minutes. Heaven is about to open, and I mean it.
This week, the Lord spoke to us to fast because of what He was going to do. I have a prophetic utterance of what God is saying. But while I was praying, it's amazing the things God began to show me. And I was... my jaw dropped when I heard the woman of God that first spoke to us confirm the very things. In fact, many of the things I'm going to say, if you hear me and compare what she was sharing, you'll be amazed at how God is building this. Because the message God gave me is exactly around the scriptures Mama Rachel was teaching today, yet we didn't talk about it. Somebody celebrate Jesus! Position yourself! Tell your neighbor, "Position yourself!" Some of you are about to experience a power like you have never experienced before. And I want to charge you by God, as people are getting slain... Do you see past that red carpet? You're free to put them there on the sides of the road. And as well here, just where that lady in purple is, that... In fact, there's a black line there. I don't want them to cross here. Praise the Lord Jesus! But the anointing of God is heavy this evening.
Take only two minutes and ask God, "Deal with me this evening! Deal with me this evening!" Can you imagine, before you were formed in your mother's womb, out of time, God ordained it that at this point, this time... Some of you flew in. Somebody came from... Some of you came from very far. But would you believe that before you were formed, this moment in time was created for you to receive something? Come on, celebrate Jesus! Celebrate Jesus!
In the session ignited to pray, I felt compelled by God to read a portion of scripture in Hebrews chapter 11. Many of us know it as a faith scripture, uh, portion of scripture, "Faith chapter." Not as though the other scriptures don't give faith, but because distinctly, faith is most understood through the lenses of Hebrews 11. But I want to show us something amazing. And I want you to study sacred language. Remember, when God speaks, He's very specific in the language in which He speaks to a man because the language in which He speaks is the dimension of your understanding. God will never speak to you beyond what you are able to understand. The higher dimensions you understand, the fewer words He speaks, because there are nuances of expression that come in His language by reason of your understanding. In that way, to men who hear, the words are few. But to the man that receives them, because it's high frequency, that man receives bounty of revelation. God went to Abraham. He wanted to teach him the mystery of the New Testament, the whole New Testament. And the Bible says, "And the scriptures, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles through faith, went and preached this gospel to our Father Abraham" in seven words: "In thee shall all nations be blessed." God spoke seven words and revealed the New Testament to Abraham. Tell your neighbor, "You don't need to hear much; you just need to hear deep." Somebody say, Amen!
Congregation: Amen!
Apostle Grace Lubega: In the articulation of language God has given me, I pray that by His Spirit, a certain woman tonight will capture something in the few minutes that you came, that when you go back in your home, people will say, "Surely, I touched God deeply!" Somebody shout, Amen!
Congregation: Amen!
Apostle Grace Lubega: Shout, "Glory to God!"
Congregation: Glory to God!
Apostle Grace Lubega: So in the articulation of this language, you read Hebrews 11. It tells you, "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." "By it the elders, the mature, obtained a good report." Then it tells you how the worlds were framed through this word. And then He tells you how Abel offered a more excellent sacrifice. And then He tells you how Enoch was translated that he should not see death. And then it tells you of Noah. And then it tells you of Abraham, how he was called into a place that he should receive after for an inheritance. He goes to the patriarchs. He goes to Isaac, Jacob. They were looking for a city which had foundations, whose builder and maker is God. He goes to Mama Sarah, how she received strength to conceive seed. And all some died in faith, having not received the promise. And then He goes on and on and on of how they subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. And then He says something: "Women received their dead raised to life." Why not men? It's not that men cannot raise dead bodies, but it was a notable experience, a profound imagery that illuminates the extraordinary capacity, the divine power of God to transcend mortal boundaries. And above all, this very portion of scripture uniquely underscores the potential of God working in a woman, revealing their pivotal role as both recipients and conduits of the miraculous strength and defining intervention. Somebody say, Amen!
Congregation: Amen!
Apostle Grace Lubega: They talked about Sarah, they talked about Isaac, they talked about Jacob, talked about... But there was something here, and it's no mistake that He added that line: "Women received their dead raised to life." Hallelujah! Their dead raised to life. I'm talking about the resurrection of dead seed. Listen keenly. I want to show you revelation that I believe some of you have never seen. And amazingly too, God gave me three women, I kid you not. And I want to show us a journey of three women, and I want to bring a reconciliation. I want to help you see something that all these three women have in common. And I'll open your eyes to something big, and then the heavens are opening.
Rebekah, we know very well, was a wife to Isaac. But the question is, how did Isaac get Rebekah? The scriptures are clear. Abraham comes to his servant and tells him, "My... the angel of the Lord that stands besides me, I send before thee, that thou shalt take a wife for my son." Study such a deep thought. That you see, many of us underestimate the power of guardian angels, the angelics that move with us. Some of you don't reconcile what I call the synchronicity of the spirit because the veil between the realm seen and the realm unseen for some of you is still opaque. But for some of the believers whose eyes have opened to see beyond the realm of the unseen, you will realize the ministration of the angelics, the guardian angelics that are ordained, and how the numbers increase as a man deals in the understanding of God, the assignment and reassignment of that man. The children have more angels than the parents. Somebody shout, Hallelujah!
Congregation: Hallelujah!
Apostle Grace Lubega: Abraham was not called only; he was chosen. His son needed a wife. He sent his servant, "Go on a journey and find a wife among my people." And then the master of Abraham goes forth as he sent. In verse, in chapter 24 of Genesis, verse 12, he prays and says, "Give me success and show kindness to my master Abraham. See, here I am standing beside this spring. The young women of the village are coming out to draw water. This I request: ask one of them for a drink. If she says yes, then I will water your camels..." (I'm reading the New Living Translation today) "...by this I will know that you have shown kindness to my master." As he was still praying – tell your neighbor, "As he was still praying," not after he had prayed. That means whatever appointment is going to happen [Music] is not as a result of his concluded prayer; it began before he started to pray. Am I communicating to somebody? Am I communicating to somebody?
"And as he was still praying, a young woman named Rebekah arrived with a water jug on her shoulder." Now, the Bible says Rebekah was beautiful, a virgin. And running over to her, I'm skipping, "Please give me a drink." Rebekah said, "Certainly, sir." And when he had finished, she said, "I will draw water for your camels too, until they have had enough." She emptied the jug into the watering trough, ran down to the well again, carrying the water for the camels until they finished. The servant watched in silence, wondering whether or not she was the one the Lord had intended. Then at last, when the camels had finished drinking, he gave her gold, a ring of gold for her nose, two large gold bracelets for her. "Then whose daughter are you?" Rebekah did something that announced her. Rebekah did not seek an announcement, but her action announced her. Somebody's getting announced tonight! I said somebody's getting announced tonight! Here is the question: Where did Rebekah meet her marital destiny? At a well. At a well. This is [Music] important. Rebekah did not go to find a man. Can I say it again? Rebekah did not go to find a man.
I've said this before. Another story, we remember the story: Jacob has robbed his brother's birthright, you remember? And then he flees to, to, to, to find his uncle. But while on his way, when Jacob had entered the land of the East, Jacob, Genesis 29:1, "He saw in the distance three flocks of sheep lying in an open field beside a well." Not "well," underline the word "well." "But a heavy stone covered the mouth of the well. And it was the custom there to wait for all the flocks to arrive before removing the stone." So they used to have a stone that covered the well. The animals came, they removed the stone. Are you following me now? Verse four, Jacob went over to the shepherds and asked them, "Where do you live?" And they answered, "At Haran." Asked, "Do you know a man named Laban?" And they said, "Yes, we do." "How is he?" And they said, "He's well and prosperous." Are you following me? "He is well and prosperous. Look, here comes his daughter Rachel with the sheep." "Why don't you water the flocks so that they can get back grazing?" And Jacob asked. "They will be hungry, they'll be hungry if you stop so early in the morning." "Don't roll away the stone and begin watering until the flocks and shepherds are here," they replied. As this conversation was going on, Rachel arrived with her father's sheep, for she was a shepherdess. Where? Answer me, women! Where? Another matriarch meets her destiny. This is the first time Jacob sets his eye on Rachel, falls in love with her, and marries her. Where did she meet her marital destiny? At a well.
Zipporah. The scriptures are clear in Exodus chapter 2, when Moses had murdered an Egyptian, buried him in the sand, seen by another Egyptian, he's reported, and they pursue his life. He flees. The scriptures tell us, verse 15, "When Pharaoh heard what Moses had done, he said, 'Arrest and kill him.'" Moses fled from Pharaoh to the land of Midian. Moses arrives in Midian, and he sits beside a well. Now it happens that the priest of Midian had seven daughters who came regularly to this well to draw water and fill the water troughs for their father's flocks. But other shepherds would come and chase the girls and their flocks away. This time, however, Moses came as the shepherds were chasing away the girls. And then the Bible says he came to their rescue, rescuing the girls from the shepherds. Where? At the well. When the girl... And the Bible says, "And he helped them draw water for the flock." When the girls returned to Reuel, their father, he asked, "How did you get the flock watered so quickly?" They answered, "An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds, and then he drew water for us and watered our flocks." "Well," he asks, "where is he?" The father asks. "Did you leave him there? Go and invite him home for a meal." Moses was happy to accept the invitation, settled down to live with them. In time, Reuel gave Moses one of his daughters, Zipporah, to be his wife. Where did Zipporah meet her marital destiny? At a well.
Now, there's something about biblical numerology in how God does numbers. And when a thing repeats itself three times, there is a mystery to be demystified. Because all these three women I told you about, beginning with Rebekah... Why does the Bible begin with Rebekah? When God comes to make a covenant with Abraham, He tells them, "I am your exceeding great reward. I shall make thee a great nation." But He says, "But in Isaac shall your seed be called." In Isaac. Whatever is coming out of Isaac, it's going to be a very determinant factor on the preservation of the posterity of the testimony I have placed on your life. Abraham had many children, but Isaac was the chosen child. Isaac gives birth to two boys, and the Spirit of God chooses who? Jacob. Because out of Jacob were going to come 12 tribes of Israel. Abraham had bloodlines, but he had 12 tribes. Who got it? I said Abraham had bloodlines, but he had 12 tribes. Again, I'm separating the chosen. There is a glory that pursues that bloodline. And you can see it when Hagar, chased away by Sarah, puts the child afar off and says, "I don't want to see my child die." Angel appears to Hagar and tells her, "Fear not, for God has heard the tears of the lad." Did he hear Hagar's tears? Answer me! Did God hear Hagar? Ishmael was not God's choice. Ishmael was not God's choice. But it was Abraham's bloodline. And because he was his blood, the angel tells him, "Fear not, God has heard the voice of the lad where he is." And the Bible says, "Arise, lift up the lad, hold him in thine hand, for I will make him a great nation." If you understand the Abrahamic covenant, bloodline is enough to make a great nation. So I'm not talking about a great nation. No, I didn't come to talk about a great nation. Bloodline can give that. "In Isaac shall thy seed be called." I'm building something bigger than a great [Music] nation! Come on, somebody! I said I'm teaching something, I'm giving something bigger than a great nation!
Abraham comes... I mean, Jacob comes, the seed, the chosen seed of Abraham. And this is the one. And God says, "There is a specific womb that should carry these testimonies." And there is a chosen vessel in a certain womb. And that chosen vessel coming from a chosen womb must mean that I have built a certain covenant with that woman. Are you following me, woman? So Rachel, the mother of Joseph, as we realize later when he faces his brothers... No, Rebekah, sorry. No, Rachel, the mother of Joseph. Do I have it right? Yes, sir. As we see him face the brothers later, he says, "Weep not and judge not yourselves, for God had sent me ahead to preserve Himself a posterity in the earth, to preserve you a posterity." That means, listen to this, if Joseph was killed, the law of inheritance would not be active on the earth. Praise the Lord Jesus! Because it was in the seed of the called. Praise the Lord Jesus! It was in the seed of the called. He was the chosen vessel. He was the first example of an extended posterity. He comes from Rachel, which is the wife of Jacob, whose mother is Rebekah. And God saw it. Some of you women don't see for generations. Some of you don't even see five generations. But God knows exactly the calculations that are aligning you to the preservation of His testimony. Shout! And God says, "This kind of womb, Rebekah, must be found at a well." It can't be found on the streets. There's a significance here. Now you understand why, in Rachel, she's also found at a well. And now we understand Zipporah, because Moses was the most powerful prophet in the Old Testament. And the scriptures tell that he married the woman called Zipporah. And God said, "Now, to undergird this kind of anointing, it must be found somewhere on a well." Am I communicating? Answer me, women! Am I communicating?
What do wells represent? Pastor promised to teach this. What do wells represent? Wells represent three distinctions: one, Divine encounter; two, Divine reflex; and Revelation. Now, to explain Divine reflex, you need to understand the wisdom called Sophia. Sophia has two wisdoms: Logos and Noesis. Noesis is the critical faculty provoking you to do something that your mind might not understand, but it is aligned to the will and purposes of God touching your destiny. That's what we call Divine reflex. That it's a nudge that is so critical, it actually functions outside Kronos, the timings of men. It is within the timings of God. You're functioning in the times of men, but this concept is begotten from the timings of God. Think about it. A man is praying. He has gotten it. A man is praying, "My servant's son, my master's son, meets a wife. Now, this is my demand: a woman must come here and water my animals." Many women came on that well that day. Like many women came to pray today. Let me say this again: many women came to that well that day, but there was a woman with a Divine reflex. I'm looking for somebody! I say there was a woman... I shall start carrying them, I feel the anointing! There was a woman that had a Divine reflex! That at the time as others are fetching, there is one who is fetching out of time! There is one who is fetching not only water but under a Divine encounter! There is one who is seeing in Revelation! I've told about this before, I've touched it before, but today I felt the Lord lead me so deep. Because how can women come to fetch water, but there is one under a prayer, operating under a man's prayer? Like I said, she didn't go to the well to look for a husband. Are you following what I'm saying? She did not go to a well to look for marriage. She was not praying for marriage. But there was an alignment in that woman! I say there was an alignment in that woman! And God says, "If I should bring forth a certain man, this is the chosen womb. I need a woman who has a reflex! I need a woman who can feel things kicking when nobody feels those things kicking! I need a woman who can hear things shaking, seismic reactions in the spirit realm, when no woman has picked it yet!" He says, "This is the one that I would use!" Women, that is not taught in Bible school. And that's what takes them to the well. That's why they meet their destinies at wells! Come on, somebody help me! I said that is why they meet their destinies at wells!
The Bible says now, the parable, "Who of you," Apostle preached, "who of you, having loosed an animal, does not lead him to the watering?" Because whatever was loosed was thirsty. Whatever was loose was hungry. These were loosed women. Now, when we talk about deliverance, deliverance has dimensions. I'm not talking about the deliverance of casting out a devil that refused you to get a job. I'm talking about a level of deliverance that releases you into Divine reflex! Come on! Because some of you women, listen to me, your problem is not a husband! Your problem is not a job! Your problem is not a car! Your problem is not anything money can buy! Whatever is troubling you is telling you only one thing. In fact, some of you already feel the hunger and thirst of the spirit that is drawing you to wells of whose language you don't carry! That is why you find yourself lose peace, things are shaking inside you! Not because you lack the peace of this world, but because destiny is calling! I am talking to a certain woman! I'm talking to some women right now! Some of you lost appetite long ago! You didn't start fasting last week! You sit on a meal and feel there's something that food cannot give! As I start to bring them, I don't want them in the corridors. [Music]
Do I have a woman here who says, "There is more! There's just more! There is just more! There is just more!"? Do I have a woman here who feels you need a certain loosening? And that loosening is not to get a job, it's not to get a car, it's not to get a house! But there's something you feel God needs to release in your spirit! And once that thing is released, you're going to run to a well! Because you're not, you understand now that you need the well before the husband comes! You understand now that you need the well before the job comes! You understand now that you need the well before the promotion comes! You understand now that you need the well before the comforts of life come! Because without that well, life is meaningless! Am I talking to somebody? Am I talking to somebody? This is why this conference was birthed! To call things out!
Let me tell you something, and this the Lord is going to prove today. God told me in that conference, "I am dropping mantles!" [Music] "I am dropping mantles! I am dropping mantles! I am dropping mantles!" Yes, we see women, but God needs to help you see beyond what life can give. Look for things money can... beyond money can buy. That when you come to build your community, you're not building it because you want to gain fame. You're building it because you have a purpose! You're not producing children because you want to have children like any other woman! That is why when Hannah was barren, when she went to God, Mama, she said, "Give me a male child!" She didn't ask for a child; she asked for a certain child! Because it was not about having children; it was about having a certain [Music] child! She makes a Nazarite vow and tells God, "And to tell you that this is..."
Okay, here's the cleaned and processed continuation of the transcript for "My Great Price 2022":
HE.
And I know that the God who answered the prayer of Sarah, the Lord who answered the prayer of Rebekah, ทhe Lord who answered the prayer of Rachel, is about to touch someone! He's about to surprise someone! The Lord is about to wipe your tears, woman of God! The Lord is about to wipe your tears, in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! "O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come." "O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come." [Music]

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

For us, rain is an anointing; for you, it's the weather! For us, it's the anointing! Come on now! Hallelujah!
We want to rush through the program. We have to finish early. And so, ladies...

She makes a Nazarite vow and tells God, "And to tell you that this is serious, the morning, the moment I wean him off, 12 years old, I don't need to see his face again! Because I didn't ask for a child, I asked for a [Music] deliverer!" She asked Elkanah, "Give me a child, or I die!" Elkanah said, "Am I God?" She said, "Okay, if you're not a priest enough to stand in your office, women also receive their dead!" [Music] Did you get it? In Isaac's story, he entreated God, stood as a priest, and God gave his wife children. In Elkanah's story, when he dodged this responsibility, a woman knew that, "I can still go for it!" Women also received their dead! Men did, but women also received their dead! There is no favoritism in the miraculous!
But what do we say to a generation of women scrolling more through social media feeds than seeking the wisdom at the well? Curating online personas rather than cultivating a spirit of worship? Dreaming through romantic [Music] comedies rather than praying for divine appointments? Planning vacations rather than sabbatical consecrations? It's okay to be absorbed in your career, but it's a deeper place when you build the character of God on your life through the word. It's okay to decorate your home; it's another thing when your house brims with the presence of God. There are many women with beautiful living rooms, but there's no presence in the house. I'm talking of a woman who carries a certain glory, that even when they pass your gate, they can tell that there's a matriarch in there! There's a midwife in there! There's a praying woman in there! There's a distinctive mark of a woman who has left behind the fleeting, the fleeting, and is pursuing the eternal!
I have asked this question, and until I get that answer, I will not stop asking about it. Let me tell you a secret, or some of you know it, many of you don't. When I look at the distinctions of grace operating on my life, most of the part of those spiritual transactions, spiritual impartations, were from [Music] women. I read Maria Woodworth-Etter, and I saw a woman who carried a presence that would look for women kilometers away. And I said, "God, I want!" And I remember when I entered the meeting, three lines of scripture, and the whole church was down. And the Spirit says, "Maria, Maria!" When you read her life, your spirit was stirred. One impartation! People are coming out of trains, and the crippled person is putting their leg down, and it straightens out! She was not praying! They were coming for Maria's meeting! Before the service! We'll repeat this thing until it sinks! One woman, or two, or three, that women also receive their dead! If you don't get it this year, I'll find a way and another language to repeat it next year! But the point is, a time has to come where you must make up your mind to cross that road and connect to something! I took a flight, went and visited Maria Woodworth-Etter's life, saw the park where she preached, walked the streets where she put those boxes, saw the buildings, the Foursquare Gospel tabernacle. And I stood at this ground, and I said, "God, You can do this through a woman! Where are they in 2024?" There's a vacuum! There's a vacuum! We're looking for a certain anointing! Even with Kathryn Kuhlman, Kathryn Kuhlman, with her, we didn't see a woman; we saw a Benny Hinn and all these other men! How did you miss it? Revivals need the miraculous! They need strong apostolic authorities! Not necessarily offices, but authorities! And when I read Hebrews, you have no excuse! Women also raised the dead to life!
But we are believing God for another dimension of the miraculous ministry! Not talking about a few here, few there. I'm talking about a worldwide ministry! Let me tell you something, let me show you the power of impartation, the power of impartation! I'm going to count to three, and you're going to see what the Holy Spirit is going to do! One, two, three! See what God is doing! That is not something... See what God is doing! I have not laid a hand, but I'm in consonance with a person because there's a mantle on my life that knows how to communicate a certain language with the person of the Holy Spirit because it's a relationship! Are you hearing the cries of [Music] people? The Lord told me years ago, "The next revival is going to see women walk in the miraculous!" Not because you want to heal a sick person, not because your mother is sick, but because since the 19th, the 20th century, we're in the 21st! Kathryn Kuhlman closed it! We have not seen! And that I will repeat until something happens because that's what my mandate is primarily as a patriarch! We're believing women to build Phaneroo! One woman like this! When we hear the Nigerian ministers like the wonderful David Oyedepo and all these wonderful men, we're looking for women also! And I told God, "If a woman doesn't get this, at least give me a mantle in my house!" But somebody must hear what the Spirit is saying! We are tired of speaking without [Music] power! Are you following me, women? Revival is happening in this land! And the world will not ignore us very soon! But it is time to find the wells again, women of God! It is time to find the wells!
I want to finish, only because of time. Can I pray with you for 10 minutes? Can we cause an atmosphere? Miracles are going to happen! Actually, I feel God is healing some people right now! If you came with a crutch, walk! Walk! Anybody, if you came with a crutch, walk! Check those people with crutches! Tell them to walk! Don't pray! Tell them to walk! Listen! While God is going to heal, mantles are going to fall! Mantles are going to fall! Mantles are going to fall! Somebody's walking! No, walk to Jesus! There is [Music] no dallying! There is no one, Jesus! There is no one else like You! Walk! No one, Jesus! There is no one! God is healing you now! You will never need that crutch again!
Let's say something to Heaven! Open your mouth right now and pray! Forget your name! Forget your address! Get lost in a 10-minute prayer with God! 10-minute prayer! Bring that woman to me! Let her walk! Come on, let's pray! Let's pray! Come on, let's pray! Open your mouth and tell God, "I'm ready! So what You want to [Music] do!" Come out of that wheelchair! Come out of that wheelchair! Drop whatever is in your neck! Whatever is in your back! Women, raise your voices and start to pray! Pray! Pray! [Music] Come on! Say, "God, I go with a mantle! I didn't fly this far! I didn't drive this far! I did not travel this far! I did not pay a ticket to bring them, to bring them for nothing!" Worshipers, receive the [Music] anointing! That side! That side! That... Start to bring them! Not be on the black line! To bring them! To bring them! To bring them! I see prophetesses rising out that are going to set the world... Hold up! Hold up! Hold up! Hold her! Take them! Bring them! Bring them! Bring them! Bring them! Lord, where are the prophetic mantles of the 21st century? Start to take them there! Don't put them so far! [Music] Say, "God, I go with a mantle that changes my generation! Say, God, I go with a mantle that changes my house!" Bring them this side! Pastor told me we need space there! I just... Bring them! Bring them! Bring them! Where are the apostolic mantles of this generation? Power of the Holy Ghost! I say bring them! They are going to disturb others! Bring them! Bring them! Bring them! Bring them! I'm told you should leave that clear! [Music] Leave that side! Is that okay? So put them in the grass the other side. And then you can put the rest on my left. The rest, put on the cross, then put the rest on my left! There are women evangelists, women evangelists that God wants to use with signs! Put that down! Miracles and wonders! Receive the anointing! [Music] Five minutes to go! Five minutes to go! May you receive something that you have never touched before, seen before, experienced before! This fasting, your fasting was a preparation of your spirit! Some people are going to be used mightily by God! [Music] Hallelujah! Carry them! Carry them! Carry them! Carry them! Carry them! Carry them! Carry them! The anointing to raise the dead! A woman tonight! May you raise more dead bodies than we have ever read in history! In the mighty name of Jesus! [Music] Choir, receive it! May you see miracles through your worship! May the lame walk through your worship! May the blind see through your worship! May the dumb speak through your worship! May the dead raise as they hear your voice! [Music] Two minutes! Put them in the [Music] grass! I feel the grace to release you officially in your evangelistic office! Things are going to happen with you like we have never seen on a woman in this nation! I rarely say this, but I'll say it! [Music] I say swellings are disappearing! And deaf ears are opening! Somebody's ear just opened! Run here! Can I hear testimony? Come! What has happened? Ask what has happened! No, no, just find out something happened! I'm looking for deaf ears, swellings! I hear the Spirit say! What has God done for you? She came with a swollen leg; it has gone back, and now she's walking! [Music] Healed! The Lord has healed you! Hallelujah! Swellings, fibroids, deaf ear! I want to only hear two before we... I want to close, but I feel the Holy Spirit is doing something! [Music] Bent, you're healed! Praise God! What has God done in her life? Can I hear this? Come on, listen! This will give you faith! Whatever you hear is a miracle you're going to do! Listen! Uh-huh! Come, come! Speak quickly! I want to go! Mama needs to fly back! Her stomach, for the last 6 months, and was bleeding! Swellings and fibroids in her stomach! What has God done for you? I couldn't even stand! I couldn't even dance! I couldn't even dance! You had fibroids! You had what? I had fibroids in the stomach! I couldn't stand for so long! The pain was too much! Now I'm not feeling it! What has happened? God has healed you! God has healed me! Put up your hands! I want to release an anointing for you to [Music] also! [Music] It's done! Yes! Give me a mic! Give her a mic! Two more! Uh-huh! Listen to this! They brought her, she was being carried here! For two months, she has been mad! Now she can understand! Somebody celebrate Jesus! She was mad for two months! She couldn't understand! [Music] Translate! "I was captured and thrown in a bush! Phaneroo released me! I was mad!" She has been mad on the village in Lugazi! Women, listen! She was walking as a mad woman in a village in Lugazi! Declaration! Receive it! Receive it! Receive it! What your eyes can see, the mother is going to be healed before your eyes! Hallelujah! Can take one more! What has God done for you, Mama? Mama, I came not walking! I had crutches, and I can walk without crutches! I haven't been walking for a month!
